A beautiful garden starts now!
Memorial Day means gardening for many.

Memorial Day weekend is almost here, whether you are preparing for a party or just need the weekend off to plant and spruce up your garden; the end of May is a good time to begin a project.

Starting a garden just after Mother’s Day and right before Memorial Day is an ideal time to get your plants into the ground.  Whether if it’s a beautiful flowering plant or delicious vegetables, having an amazing garden on or before Memorial Day is always a pleasant thought.

Green Goddess is your one stop shop for all your gardening and barbequing needs.  We offer a large selection of famous Komodo Joe grills, which are rated the #1 ceramic grill to own!

Our design department is also known throughout the valley for its creative and innovative designs for custom barbeques and/or design work to make your backyard a stunning addition to your home or business courtyard.

Let us create the backyard of your dreams.  Whether if it’s a custom barbeque island or designing a beautiful outdoor landscape; at Green Goddess we do it all with years of design experience behind us.

Any tool or ingredient for your barbeque needs is also available at our 3 acre location.

Our highly trained staff is always available to answer any questions.  Just walking around our grounds is “lots of fun”.  You never know what you will see.  We have chickens as well as beautiful parrots that are rescue birds.  There are amazing statues and fountains and one of kind items for any part of your house or landscape.  There are also colorful and unique metal works of art that will adorn any wall.

THE GREEN GODDESS GARDENING 101:

  • Fertilize your (now sprouting) Bermuda lawn. If temperatures consistently reach 100 degrees and above, water your lawn every day early in the morning or at dusk.  With the rising temperatures that will be continuing throughout the summer, water plants and shrubs slowly and deeply.  Protect the trunk of newly planted trees from sunburn and stake them to protect them from the monsoon winds.

Have a phenomenal Mother’s Day and Memorial Day!  Remember, Father’s Day is approaching right around the corner.
