Spinach Berry Salad Recipe
Refreshing Summer Recipe
This red, white and blue salad is perfect for the upcoming 4th of July and all summer.
Distribute spinach evenly on large serving plate, top with remaining ingredients, salt/pepper to taste. Add dressing of your choice: Raspberry vinaigrette goes great on this salad. This serves two (2) for your larger holiday gathering increase ingredients proportionately.
- 2 cups spinach
- 8-10 strawberries sliced
- ½ cup blueberries
- ¼ red onion sliced
- 1 avocado diced
- 1 small handful Candied pecans
- ¼ cup dried cranberries
- 2 ozs blue cheese
